90 MM TB 3.1415926 * (45 * 45) = 6361.73 (90 * 10.168) = 915.12 6361.73 - 915.12 = 5446.61 102 MM TB 3.1415926 * (51 * 51) = 8171.28 (102 * 10.168) = 1037.14 8171.28 - 1037.14 = 7134.14 Now the ratio: 7134.14 / 5446.61 = 1.310 the the tunes base ETC Scaler: 5636 Multiply by the ratio: 5636 * 1.310 = 7383.16 The 5636 # appears to be pi * r^2 * .8860 (88.60%) so if you multiply that: (3.1415926 * (45 * 45)) * .8860 = 5636.49278 so that is pretty close... Now, I know there is ETC Tip In Limits, Fast Torque Exist, traction control Just wanted to make sure I understand this and if this should be the only change to get the 5" CAI and 102 MM NW running. The tuning schools says to do 102/90 and use that ratio to multipy the 5636 value Which is 1.1333333333 * 5636 = 6387.4666 (4 decimal places) or rounted to 6387.5000. I'll have everything on Thursday so should be ready to go Friday if you have time... Thanks! -Don ID of ADM intake is 3 7/8 so to MM is 98.43MM so pi * r^2 = 6151.43 for the area of the ADM intake ID ID of RDM 5" is 4 7/8 so to MM is 123.83 MM or 124MM so pi * r^2 = 12,076.30 12076.3 - 6151.4 = 5924.9 and that is the total area increase so, the % is: 5924.9 / 12076.3 = .4906 or 49% larger! The ratio to multiply by would be 12076.3 / 5924.9 = 1.963 yikes!
